Join Certificates
Description
Where there is an imperfect alignment between a pair of clones in a GRC assembly, a GRC curator manually investigates the overlap. If evidence indicates that the overlap is correct despite the differences between the clones in the overlap region, then a "join certificate" is produced documenting the basis for the believing that the assembly is correct.
Display Conventions and Configuration
Each glyph covers a pair of clones which have an imperfect overlap which has been certified as being correct.
Methods
Automated analysis and manual curation. This track is updated weekly.
