NOS2 — PPARA
Text-mined interactions from Literome
Giri et al., J Immunol 2004
:
Ligands for peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma ( PPARgamma ), such as 15-deoxy-12,14-PGJ2 ( 15d-PGJ2 ), have been proposed as a new class of anti-inflammatory compounds because 15d-PGJ2 was able to inhibit the induction of inflammatory response genes such as
inducible NO synthase (iNOS) and TNF ( TNF-alpha ) in a
PPAR dependent manner in various cell types
Paukkeri et al., Br J Pharmacol 2007
:
The aim of the present study was to investigate the
role of
PPARalpha in the regulation of NO production and
iNOS expression in activated macrophages
Liu et al., Biomaterials 2013
(Brain Ischemia) :
Furthermore, CBSA-PEG-TIIA-NPs significantly decreased the mRNA expressions of iNOS and p38MAPK, upregulated
PPAR? expression, and
inhibited the protein levels of
iNOS , GFAP and p38MAPK phosphorylation
