Assembly: Human Feb. 2009 (GRCh37/hg19)

Description

The subtracks represent centered H3K4me1 and H3K4me3 ChIP-seq tags from CD4+ T cells and are based on the dataset SRP000201. An overview of all the tracks provided by EPD for the hg19 assembly can be seen in table format here.

Methods

Raw data in BED format was downloaded from SRA. Samples were lifted-over from hg18. Data was originally downloaded in BED format from the authors' website. The WIG files were generated with a step parameter set to 20.

Credits

Data was generated by Barski et al. (2007) and processed by the EPD team at the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (Dreos et al. 2013). For inquiries, please
